010-Make a Promise to yourself

I have been on a raw juice & smoothie feast for the past 6 days and have plans to continue for up to 30 days if my body allows (lol). During this feast I have taken a little time to prepare recipes for good juice combination's. In addition to this, I have also been working on a less physical element of cleansing and that is what this blog is going to cover.

In life we make all sorts of promises and commitments to various people and situations. How often do we have that same  desire towards SELF? I have taken the time to write down 7 of my most often thought about promises/commitments to myself and here they are:
  1. Put daily practices in place and hold true to them.
  2. Approach your daily life from the heart.
  3. Seek not to change others but be the reflection of them and change self.
  4. Always promote a positive position in place of one that is out of balance.
  5. Create a path ideal for you and be your own architect.
  6. Remain true to your path for life!
  7. Minimize monumental imbalances moment by moment.
These are seven principles that I created for my own concentration toward a better more balanced journey through life.

009 Parallel People

Recently I purchased a set of DVD's from the History channels "The Universe" series. It was the season 3 set and although not as good as season 2, I still found the information to be worth the purchase (for the most part). There is a segment that talks about parallel Universes and string theory and such. I found this to be particularly interesting as I had been pondering the existence of the human race and what the purpose of all this really is. I arrived at a conclusion that, for now, satisfies me.

In the parallel universe theory it is thought that there is a copy of each person, each planet, each universe, etc. scattered throughout the multi-verse. This repetitious pattern allows for any possible thought to manifest. Therefore, anything that you think can happen HAS happened or WILL occur in the near future. This made me wonder about DejaVu you know, that feeling you get that you have been HERE before or that you have done something and it feels as if you are repeating it. There has been several times in my life, as I look back, that I have felt was a significant turning point and now I believe that I am comfortable with the reason I felt this way.

Every dream that I have had and every DEEP thought that I have had could possibly be my CHANGE from one existence in one universe to another existence in a different universe. That may be all it takes to make the change. To travel at the speed of thought! So follow this:

Picture yourself on a bicycle riding on a winding road. The winding parts of the road are not visible until you get right up to them so they sort of take you by surprise and you make a decision at a moment's notice. Whatever decision you make determines where you are at any given time.

Now imagine that the road is the universe you occupy at that particular moment and the bike is your life. YOU, the person riding the bike are the essence of you or the spirit, the entity. You determine how you want to travel through life by the split second decisions you make at any given moment. If you decide you want to feel healthier, you are immediately riding on the road in the universe that has you leading a healthy life. If you decide you want to be evil and angry towards people then you immediately began to ride down the road in the universe that has you leading a life that reflects this. When you do destructive things to yourself or to others, you instantly live in the universe that has your lifestyle reflecting destructive patterns. Knowing this can instantly change your direction in life. You can be the person you want to be and live the life you want to live. It is all in what you think.

008MiFamilia

Interestingly enough, I had a thought that came to my mind as I sat down to author this report to you. What would you call a group of individuals who shared a connection with you that seemed to stretch far beyond the acquaintance of cordial friends and was far too immeasurable to be deemed brother, sister, mother, father, etc. I'll tell you what I would call that group,....HUMAN!

My family is the human family and they are a wide range of pigment, molecules, enzymes, systems, personalities, intelligences, irregularities, etc. They are me and I am them we are far more similar than we are different and yet it is that difference that keeps us curious enough to remain connected at some level. Was it always like this or did we somehow fall into a slumber that encrusted our synapses far to extensively to allow for correction. We were once connected as the molecules of water make an ocean and yet we cannot demonstrate this in the land of today. My greatest wish is that all of humanity can awaken and be as the potent beams of light that dance across the face of life with every revolution of our world. I believe in the depth of human existence and I acknowledge the greatness of its being. The connection between animal life, plant life, and microbial life forms is unmistakable and delivers with it an understanding that we are not alone nor will we ever be. We don't need to look outside of our protective electromagnetic fields to find this. We only need to open the eye that we keep closed even as we are awake. See all that we have decided does not exist and discard information of a lesser truth.

As human, be as the winds that dust off the earth that part for the oceans that evaporate and return once more to the air to make winds. Forever move, forever, change, forever be. Your light is within and will ready you for the conjunction.

That’s Entertainment??

When I think of entertainment the first thing that comes to mind is MOVIES!! Then, of course, live bands/singers or comedians. This is what the basis of entertainment is all about. The things that allow us to excite our senses. We get to send a few fleeting drops of adrenaline into our system for a momentary "burst" of laughter, fear, anger, sadness, etc. So what's brand new about entertainment?

Today, there are ways to be entertained without the presence of another person. The internet and social networks assist in this. There are also forums and message boards that have a particular topic or focus. At my company (Copious Entertainment Companies, Inc.) we have decided that the things that make us laugh, cry, scream, and shiver are deliverable through such a variety of mediums that there is no point in trying to separate them. In fact, keeping our senses fulfilled really means allowing any natural flow of energy inward and outward.

If you have ever taken an exercise class with an instructor who motivated you to burn calories, sweat hard and push past your limits then that class was a form of entertainment. Not in the traditional sense but from the standpoint of being able to excite your senses and allow that excited energy to flow away from the point of origin. In that same way, preparing good nutritious foods can be entertaining to you and those who will eat the food you prepare. If you need an example of this then just take a look at the leading cooking show and you will understand what I am saying.

Relaxation is even entertaining. When you relax, you set your muscles at ease and allow your mind to wander until you either fall asleep or enter the deep dreamlike state we call meditation. Isn't this entertaining? On a very "calming" level, it is entertainment at it's very best.

005CrAsH... The Enlightenment

For every moment you have spent wondering if you made the right decision, you solidified your ability to change. Periodically the opportunity presents itself for a chance to think deeply. For men, it might be that hesitant "I love you too" when you wish to respond to someone who has captured your heart in ways it's never been. For female's it might be the monthly cycle that reminds you how creative the species really is. Whatever the event is that brings with it a moment of clarity, your embrace is what foretells the outcome.

Finding that moment of tranquil thought enables you to seek the light and disembody the decisions that leave you hiding between the minutes of a forgotten clock. Reveal levels of peace. Reveal levels of sacred truth. Reveal levels of natural order. Reveal forever YOU!

004-RECLAIM your mind frame

Think back to when you were in elementary school. What sort of things went through your mind when you were in the 5th or 6th grade? How did you perceive your world? What about high school, did you think about things differently than you did in elementary? When you finished college I bet you had a different frame of mind then you did in high school. How about now? Has the environment changed or did you change? Why?

As adults we think things through, analyze, hypothesize, and perform a host of other preliminaries, prerequisites and preludes to a final judgment, choice, or decision. It's a wonder that we get anything done. What happened to doing things that "felt" right. Going with your "gut" feelings, and throwing caution to the wind. Has there been such an upsurge in procedures that no one can make a decision without identifying some form of "ready made" outline to life? Have we created an existence that diminishes our natural abilities to connect with earth elements in order to gain knowledge that would allow us to make better decisions?

There was a lecture in my area given by Wayne Chandler a few years back. He spoke about his book and some of the interesting people he met during his travels. There was one group of indigenous people who were "in tune" with their natural surroundings and relied on this connection for much of their daily living. This group shared with Mr. Chandler their knowledge of time and told him that we are currently living in an artificial time.

So what is artificial time? If you can answer this question then you aren't stuck within the realms of this man made cycle we call time. The current mind frame has evolved to a point which can no longer accept what reality truly is. Instead, it continues to encourage "drone-like" behaviors and provides reward for surface thoughts. Can this downward spiral be brought to a screeching halt? The short answer is yes.

Living a balanced life

Is it possible to be satisfied with yourself as a complete package? Your work life, home life, friends, family, significant other, children, ideas, judgments, realities, etc. I could go on and on but my basic point is summed up in the title "Living a balanced life." What is a balanced life and why is it significant? Who determines how balanced a person's life needs to be? From the broadest viewpoint, a balanced life is a feeling or more accurately a manifestation of the "sum total" of your existence at any given point in time.

When I think back, it was during my high school years that I began to make plans that would lead me to live a balanced life. As an adult I knew I wanted to lead a life that was less stressed, more relaxed, and full of pleasure. I can remember imagining the options that were available. It was a lot like trying to decide what dress to wear to the prom. At that age there weren't many life altering decisions thrown my way. Except for the decision to attend college, I pretty much had no other major challenges that had directional impact toward my future. I thought about being the type of adult who made excuses and fabrications to explain "away" those things that I have neglected to accomplish or made poor choices about. On the other hand, I could be the type who met the challenge straight on and would hold myself accountable for whatever the outcome would be. The decision wasn't rocket science and I chose to be the type of adult that I most admired and could look up to. Now that I am the ideal adult I've always wanted to be, I look back at the last 27yrs and see clearly what it took to make that decision a reality.

As a teen, I had to identify the areas of life I wanted/needed to maintain a good balance. This was particularly difficult because this time in my life was such a turning point. During this time I found some relief when I noticed that some areas would automatically balance when other areas that were closely connected stabilized. After revisiting that area throughout my college career, I felt a need to look at a greater point of reference. I didn't have a book to read on this matter nor did I feel completely trusting of anyone to tell me how to accomplish this task. I decided that the best thing to do was to mimic the best example known to mankind, the example that has stood the test of time millennia after millennia. My end result was to follow the examples set by nature. The first thing I could think about when the topic of balance is brought up in the context of nature is trees. The largest trees on the planet had to start as a seed and maintain balance in order to grow strong and sturdy. I now think of the roots of the large tree as my foundation and the trunk of the tree is my conviction, dedication, determination, and courage. The branches represent my different areas of focus.

  • I am the tree whose root system is the principle foundation and view of self, others, and the natural surroundings. I am nature's manifestation of warmth and gratitude. My focus is the attraction to and assembly with other life forms. This lays a pathway toward better understanding and our placement in the vastness of being.
  • I am the tree whose trunk encases a will to succeed and the strength to attempt the journey. My determination presses onward watching in the wake of its path as the most derogatory statements reduce themselves to nothing more than a tenuous suggestion.
  • I am the tree whose branches have ventured out towards the rewards of the luminous and welcoming skies. With my every growing focus, I expand my reach to encompass all things nature-filled and douse my leaves with the promise of each new sun.
I can see how challenging it has been to live a balanced life and the tumultuous journey that may lie ahead. Presently, I have focused my daily journey and find the following words to make its' dedication:

I call upon my ancestors when I cannot understand something that seems too amazing to be real "Ga'el Azeeir S'ktuU" (pronounced: ga- el- azee-air-sank-too) (means: process this for my clarity, please). I keep the essence of my being as it was originally given to me: Sacred, pure, and in harmony. I lavish myself in the strongest vibrations to manifest healings and universal intent. I sing the songs of love and life through my daily chants for universal balance through natural order. I judge ONLY MY dedications and let their corrected paths become airborne. I cast into the nebulas of rebirth all that doesn't suit the harmonics of growth so that it may find a rightful place and spawn the good balance. I teach to all those who want to know and I accept teachings from the most pure source ever known no matter its manifestation. I forward and retrograde my powers of understanding to make right my movements in harmony set forth and willed by nature. I grant, with each beam assembled unto me, with absolute singularity, the permissions needed and necessary to communicate in whole with ONLY my ancestors and of them ONLY those who are in alignment with the natural order of the sun, moon, void, earth, water, fire, and air. All these things I do to adjust balance, ring harmony, and conduct natural order.

Life Force, Life Forms, and HUMANS

“ALL life wants to live!” In order to understand that you must look closer at what it means to live. Does it mean waking up every morning going about our rituals of the day? Does it mean breathing oxygen into our lungs and exhaling with every heartbeat given? What does it mean to live?

One night I had a dream and in that dream I asked about life. I cannot remember the entire conversation but when I woke from that dream the phrase that stayed with me is the one I began this passage with. Throughout the remaining portion of that day I couldn’t stop thinking about this dream and more of it came to me. The bottom line was significant to Human existence as a life form on a life force. This was such an enigmatic moment for me as I couldn’t immediately understand but somehow knew what it all meant.

In reference to being Human and designated as the “most intelligent” species on this planet, I sometimes don’t know if I should laugh or cry at the reality of this statement.  There are countless amounts of life on our little blue dot in space and yet only a fraction of it is ever really referenced. As if, no other life form is important enough or impactful enough to constitute even an honorable mention. If I believed the theory that mankind is the most intelligent then I would cry very sorrowful tears because I am a member of a group who feels that intelligent beings customarily kill other beings for sport, pleasure, or no reason at all. I would douse my face in a pool of cool water to extinguish the ignorance burning in my mind that was allowing me to think intelligent beings habitually pollute the earth they live on as well as the bodies they live in all in the name of pleasure, desire, or a false sense of self importance.

The animals of this planet have a job to do just as we (humans) have. If you really stop to think about it, you inevitably come to the conclusion that either they (animals) are doing their job much more efficiently and with much less negative impact than we are or we have lost some critical information with regards to living and flourishing on this planet. Does that make them more intelligent than us? Some may say yes however, that isn’t the major issue. The most significant issue is that there is major work to be done in order for us (human, animal, and planet) to reach the next level. What we think of as living from day to day is not living at all and does nothing toward the elevation of planet and species. We are all capable of so much more and yet we squander our abilities on frivolous wants, desires, and pseudo-needs.

So what makes me qualified to point my finger at the race (human race) that I am a member of? Well, I have had a revelation that my own precious life force is slowly slipping away from me due to inadequate understanding of a genuine and most basic connection that we all share. Think of it as the glue that binds natural order. Humans and all other life forms on this planet do not exist individually, we coexist. When you examine the relationships further you find a deeper bond, a symbiotic connection between all life. This connection completes us all.

Welcome to Visible Light2010

This blog will become a collection of interesting reading material. I have interests in enough topics to keep everyone who visit this blog interested and willing to return. The subject matter will not be just my opinions and I don’t have plans to lead or guide anyone in any specific direction. Instead, I am excited about exploring topics from a different perspective. I want to tap into the part of your mind that thirsts for exploration, adventure, intrigue, and enigmatic dogma that “gives you pause.”

Come along with me down that winding road of consciousness that lures you into its bed of dreams. So that we may manifest that which, up ‘till now, only existed in the deepest depths of our conscious being we call....”self.”
