In life we make all sorts of promises and commitments to various people and situations. How often do we have that same desire towards SELF? I have taken the time to write down 7 of my most often thought about promises/commitments to myself and here they are:
- Put daily practices in place and hold true to them.
- Approach your daily life from the heart.
- Seek not to change others but be the reflection of them and change self.
- Always promote a positive position in place of one that is out of balance.
- Create a path ideal for you and be your own architect.
- Remain true to your path for life!
- Minimize monumental imbalances moment by moment.
